a hydraulic fracturing regulation will be passed this year
but Congresswoman DeGette, (D-CO) plans to hold hearings on

up its hearings on hydraulic fracing. Thankfully, that study
won't be complete until 2012. Senate Majority Leader Reid

the issue will very likely surface next year.
