NEW MINERAL WEB SITE ANNOUNCED-Resource Clearinghouse
was created to enable landowners to post their mineral rights
for bidding by multiple Oil and Gas companies on an online
auction site that operates 24/7 with no pre-set "auction
dates" and no prequalification delays. This concept is
the first of its kind and offers both parties (Lessor and
Lessee) a neutral and secure environment to conduct business.
The landowner does not a pay a fee and is under no obligation
to accept bids. Essentially, Resource Clearinghouse functions
as an e-bay for mineral rights. Resource Clearinghouse is
based in Tennessee, but also has operations in Louisiana.
Interested parties are encouraged to visit the website at
www.resourceclearinghouse.com.
