TOGA MEETS AT MOUNTAIN VIEW, APRIL 25th-The Tennessee Oil & Gas Association will hold its monthly meeting at the Mountain View Golf Course and Lodge at 6:30 p.m.(CST),Thursday, April 25, 2002. Finalizing plans for the annual convention, May 15-16 in Knoxville, will highlight the agenda.  The Mountain View Golf Course and Lodge is south of Allardt, which is south of Jamestown. At the four-way stop in Allardt, turn south (toward Crossville).  The Mountain View Golf Club and Lodge is on the left about 3 miles down. Informal reception at 6:00 p.m.(CST), dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

REG UPDATE DISCUSSION SLATED FOR CONVENTION-TOGA and the staff of the oil and gas board are currently discussing updating the Oil & Gas Board regulations.  A special session on this matter will be conducted at the convention. Member or not, if you have any suggestions or comments, this is the time to say your piece. Come in person, send a fax, letter, e-mail, whatever.  But if you don’t participate, don’t complain later.  Items now being discussed include spacing, landowner bonds, operator production reports, a temporary abandon law, access roads, samples, violations, penalties and more.  Now is the time to make your thoughts heard.
